Auditing

Global Standards conducts audits of manufacturing facilities in Vietnam against local laws, Codes of Conduct and international standards.  These audits may be internal or external.

In an internal audit the Client company or factory usually initiates an audit as a first step in identifying problem areas and working to bring its production standards up to international norms.  The audit should be followed by an implementation period involving ongoing consulting and improvements to meet goals set out in the post-audit Action Plan.

An external audit is usually initiated by an overseas company or buyer seeking to verify factory compliance with their company codes and standards.
